For starters, Jonni, the owner, is the sweetest, most accommodating person ever! She, as well as the other instructors, are terrific! I highly recommend Balance Pilates of Tulsa!! I would recommend Pilates Reformer to everyone, any age, and any fitness level. Unlike other exercise regimes, Pilates has strengthened and toned my entire body. My posture is better, my core is stronger and I have flexibility that I didn’t think was possible. I go as often as I can and look forward to each class. My advice to anyone considering Pilates Reformer is try it! Find the time! With classes seven days a week you can. The instructors are great and always willing to help. Try different instructors, each have different routines which challenges you and it keeps it interesting. Consider investing in a package. They are a great deal and help you focus on your schedule. Jonni seem to always be adding different workshops to like: Foam Roller or Kettlebell Pilates.

Mat Pilates has really helped me become more attuned with my body. The Mat Pilates class has definitely helped with the alignment of my body and strengthening my core which has in return made my balance better. It is just one of the most well rounded workouts and targets my whole body and that is why I enjoy it so much. Joshua is disciplined but more importantly is passionate about it! And Finally… breathe! It really does help get you through the hard parts. I find this works in life as well.

ELDOA is my favorite addiction. I started doing ELDOA when I was recovering from a partial torn tendon in my ankle.  I immediately fell in love with it.  I would go every single day if I could! Jonni, the owner, is knowledgeable, welcoming, and gives you the attention you need to make sure your body is aligned correctly during the stretch.   I highly recommend ELDOA to everyone, any age because we all need to fix our posture and become more flexible.  Don’t think it is your typical stretching class, this class is tough, but you feel AMAZING after it.  Come and try it out, it’s AWESOME!!
