Shay is passionate about changing bodies. Her class focuses on strengthening through healthy alignment and functional exercises. As a result you’ll notice leaner muscle, increased balance, stronger core, and a burn that comes along the next day.
After finishing her certification through Balance Body, she continues her practice by sharing her passion with others through private and group classes.
